The place was well-maintained, and the service was friendly during my short one-night stay.

Came with my kids, everything was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and thoughtful and provided very good service. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, right next to old town. It was across the gorgeous area.

The hotel was well-maintained and the food was fabulous. the staff were respectful. the location in the mountains of Romania is amazing, and it's conveniently close to Brasov, Sibiu, Balea Lake, and Fagaras.

location was in my case fine, but far out of the towns. price is ok.

no airconditioning on the room, lots of bugs so opening windows is not really an option. room was small and a little bit old.

I liked the room, the receptionists, the design and the restaurant.Also the location and the garden.

I didn't like the lack of an elevator, the fact that the jacuzzi was not cleaned properly and wasn't functioning as it should, and the fact that the personnel had no idea how to use it. Also, the maid was pretty grumpy, acting like she was doing us a favor. and too few waiters for so many tables. They are really nice but they don't have time to serve so many people.

The staff here was respectful and really polite, just as I expected, and the room was exceptionally clean during my 5-night stay.

The food is great, it's traditional Romanian food, but very well made. We had an apartment, which was huge, and the bathtub had Jacuzzi, really nice. We initially booked a double bed room, but it was very small and not very nice. We then decided to change for the apartment, which had two rooms, one with king size bed and the other with double beds, two big balconies. This was a good decision.

Cable tv very bad, very few channels. WiFi not available in the room, although it's mentioned as free. When we asked at the reception they mentioned it should be available, but it was not.

Clean place with pleasant views and perfect location in the mountains. Recently refurbished room and clean bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Really helpful and respectful staff, free wake-up service, and ironing amenities.

Convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the cafe and a quick 20-minute walk to the city center. They serve breakfast with refreshing lemon-cucumber water 🍋🥒.
